Trudy Poux (they/them) is a theater and improv teaching artist who has worked with kids, teens, and adults at schools and arts institutions across the country such as Barrington Stage Company, Broadway Bound Kids, Rhinebeck Performing Arts Center, and many more.

 

Trudy has fallen in love with teaching, it combines the things they love the most: art and growth.

 

When young people work with Trudy they are able to unlock the funnier, more confident versions of themselves. Whether learning improv or theater, the cohort utilizes the tools in their real life: increasing their flexibility in social situations, calculated risk-taking, and ability to have fun.

 

Performing allows everyone a chance to be who they are. Trudy is there to help the performers showcase art through embodiment and proud performance.
